The task this week was set for working with rendering and shading. I had designed some new assets for this as opposed to using old ones to see what i needed to work on or what i had gotten better with. I chose a dark colour pallete for the overall render to see how the reflective surfaces would work s ive not properly rendered anything before.

The table i found rather nice and enjoyable to make and mcuh faster to make this than i was in the past. As for the vase, I need to work on the interior of it, as it is more of a straight down cylinder hence the vase is opaque otherwise it looks less than ideal. The balls are smoothed off cubes with a AI Standard texture with metalicness at 1 to reflect the light. The table is set to not reflect light so much as its a wooden aestetic table. I ran in to a couple of issues at the start such as not having arnold pre installed, however i went and added this and enabled the plugin.
