My third asset would be a wooden bowl. This asset had two designs in mind one wooden, and one stone however the stone texturing did not go so well with the design and theme so i ended up not using it in my final renders. I chose not to use references as bowls come in a variety of shapes and sizes so i would design my own and use that.

This asset UV was a little bit rough so the texture didnt blend together properly.

Making the bowls was a simple method of flattening a cylinder and extruding it up at different heights and offsets before inverting it on the inside.

This would lead to the bowl design i would texture and final render. Its texture was a wooden smart material with grunges and scratches applied giving it a more aged and worn look.

Asset 4 following on with a bowl would be a knife and fork with a rustic inspired set. I had a reference image i like alot so i would use it to recreate my asset on however with some small differences and texturing changes.

The knife and fork set i saw for reference was a set for sale on amazon from amefa, I didnt like the shape of the blade or prongs on the fork compared to the wooden handles. Aswell as the handles looking modernised for a rustic look so i would be changing this too however it gave me the idea i wanted for my asset.

Texturing this set of knife and fork i would include some bolts in the middle keeping the wooden shell to the metal on the inside, aswell as a dark leather grip and a wooden handle with a grunge for more detail.
